OUR PPE PRODUCTS
PREFERRED AIR FILTRATION FABRIC
Vacuum Cleaner bags, air filtration, lint bag houses, filtration of abrasive materials
such as sand.
100% Polyester Stichbonded fabric with an acrylic Polymeric Coating applied to
the inner side of the fabric. This coating controls the porosity of the fabric to an
average of 25 CFM for particulates such as dust, sawdust, and fiber.
Comfort Shield LX™
For Disposable Gowns Level 1 & 2
Comfort Shield LX™ It is a 100% polypropylene 40gsm fabric coated with a soft acrylic barrier polymer The lightweight polyester inner non-woven fabric is quiet and comfortable. Highly fluid repellent exterior. provides levels 1-2 hydrostatic and water impact requirements per ANSI/AAMI PB 70 Barrier Performance. Comfort Shield LX contains no natural latex.
MAXIMUM SHIELD
Coated fabrics. For disposable gowns.
Maximum Shield is a 100% cotton fabric coated with a soft acrylic barrier polymer. The lightweight cotton inner fabric is quiet and comfortable. The highly fluid repellent exterior surface sheds any fluid that comes in contact and provides level 3 hydrostatic and water impact requirements.
PREFERRED DISPOSABLE MEDICAL BODY SHIELD™ PPE BARRIER FABRIC
100% Polypropylene Light Weight Fabric.
Body Shield's laminated film provides over 100 cm of hydrostatic resistance for ANSI/AAMI PB 70 Barrier class levels 1-3 performance.
The fabric width is 61”. It is available in 200 to 1000 yard rolls. Body Shield is a lightweight laminated 100% polypropylene nonwoven fabric.

CrossLink is a polymer coating manufacturing company founded in 1989 in Mooresboro, NC. CrossLink is a collaboration of five polymer coatings experts with over 150 years of combined experience. It produces fluid barrier coatings for a variety of industries including military and medical. Our industry leading fluid barrier coatings provide the ultimate barrier protection for the medical PPE market.
Preferred Finishing Technologies, LLC is an industrial fabric coating, finishing and lamination company founded in 1991. Plants in Blacksburg, SC and Gafney, SC produce millions of yards of fluid barrier fabrics. Currently we are concentrating our expertise in fabric coating and laminating to help fill the gap in medical PPE materials supply chain.
